The hydraulic system has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, low noise, stable control, easy installation and overall layout. The hydraulic system includes fuel tanks, check valves, solenoid valves, relief valves, bladder accumulators, pressure gauges, throttle valves and cylinders. The bladder accumulator can be used as a power source to store pressure oil and release energy when needed. Realize automatic pressure compensation according to the pressure gauge. The driving motors are independently driven by the respective matched drivers. Both sides of the operating table are equipped with bed controllers for close-range control, and various motion controls can be completed by hand controllers.
The parameters of the electric operating table are controlled by a microprocessor. The microprocessor is connected to the hydraulic and electric motor execution part through the control driving part. The hydraulic and electric motor execution part is used to complete various movements of the operating table including: forward and backward movement, longitudinal movement, lifting movement and bed surface rotation. The microprocessor design can simplify the circuit design, greatly reduce the line fault points, and ensure the reliability of the action.
