First, let's judge whether the solenoid valve is faulty. There are two ways to judge: one is to measure the resistance with a three-meter, and the other is to use metal to see if there is suction. Then determine if the compression pump is malfunctioning. First check whether the voltage on the compression pump is present, and use a three-meter to measure the resistance of the compression pump. If the foregoing is normal, the commutation capacitor is generally invalid. The electric operating table has movement in one direction and no movement in the other direction. The unilateral non-action failure is generally caused by the electromagnetic directional valve. The electromagnetic reversing valve failure may be caused by a bad control circuit, or the reversing valve may be mechanically stuck. The specific inspection method is to first measure whether the directional valve has voltage. If there is voltage on the operating bed, disassemble and clean the reversing valve.

Due to long-term use, if any small impurities on the movable shaft of the interrogation valve will pull the shaft and cause it to jam, the operating table will only move in one direction. When the operating table is in use, it will automatically lower, but the speed is very slow. This situation occurs more frequently in mechanical operating tables, mainly due to failure of the lift pump. After the operating table is used for several years, very small impurities may stay in the oil inlet valve port, causing a small internal leakage. The solution is to disassemble the lift pump and clean it with gasoline, especially to check the oil inlet valve.
